    • Time Use Matrix– For 7 days, track the use of your time, and then determine how best to organize and budget time to achieve maximum personal productivity.
    • Goal Setting – The allocation of time is directly proportional to the things that are most important. Using a goal setting process allows the individual to make the decision on what is most important. The goal accomplishment model provides the tools and process necessary to achieve more goals, more often, in order to maximize results and outcomes.
