The Strategic Roadmap

  • 12798057_sThe Strategic Roadmap process is designed to help you develop the strategic direction you want to take your business over a defined period of time.  It is not intended to replace a full-scale strategic planning process, but to help you identify the direction you need to go in the key areas of your business.

    The Strategic Roadmap Process focuses on the Strategic Eight Areas of any business.

    Those areas include:

    1. Leadership
    2. Lead Generation/Marketing
    3. Lead Conversion/Sales
    4. Operations/Fulfillment
    5. Managing Customer Relationships
    6. People/Staff
    7. Financials/Money
    8. Technology/Systems

     

    Each area will be addressed in this process with the goal for you to create a one-page roadmap that you can review on a regular basis, to make sure you are on track to the results you want for your business.

    We will also introduce the SRP Dashboard.  You can use this on a monthly basis to keep up with your Critical Measurements.  This will allow you to monitor your results against your goals so that you know what areas you need to make adjustments in, to get the results you want.

    Awareness is half the battle.  The goal of this process is to make you aware of where you want to go, what you need to do to get there, and where you are in the journey.
